On 8th March 2025, Budo hosted another thrilling and captivating Interhouse Music, Dance, and Drama Competition. Parents were invited for a small fee, and they attended in large numbers.
The event spanned two days, with Friday featuring skits, solos, poems, and set pieces. Saturday reached its peak with pop star performances, traditional dances, and contemporary dance presentations. Despite having only two weeks of preparation, the students delivered an exceptional performance.
The guest of honor, Mr. Hope Mukasa OB of England House, commended the administration for inviting him to such an energetic and dynamic musical event. He shared a brief history of the Budo Band’s past successes and promised to establish a King’s College Budo Music Academy, complete with a refurbished music room and state-of-the-art music equipment.
